Canadian Wins World Poker Tour Montreal And We Are Fired Up About It

Patrick Serda has become the 2018 World Poker Tour Champion at the Playground Poker Club in Montreal. Serda, an ex-waiter from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, took first prize and a monetary win of $668,388.
The final table was no amateur test. This group of poker sharks put in a valiant effort but it ended up being Patrick Serda vs. Ema Zajmovic heads up.
Not only did Serda win over $650k in this event but he also qualified for the season ending Tournament of Champions. With over 790 entrants into the WPT Montreal it was defined no easy task.
With all the money being dished out this year the top 5 finishers all took home a nice little pay day for some hard work.
